Perhaps you really didn't know it, but this forum has a For Sale sub-forum where members may advertise and sell guns and gun related items:

We are permitted to advertise for free, but if our item sells, we are expected to pay Dave Weber, the site administrator, a $12.00 fee... on the honor system.

Here is an example of a member who recently sold his Philly Fox AE Grade on GunBroker.com, and is forwarding a check to Dave because he also advertised it here:


Most people have no problem understanding that Dave expects his cut if they use his website to sell things. However, we seem to have a small minority of guys and gals who choose to skirt the system by running continual Free Advertising of their for-profit business ventures in their Taglines. They know who they are, but apparently feel that they are exempt from following rules they don't like. So it would appear that the "Honor System" means different things to different people.

Princess Monkey Stevie, it's amusing to see that you, one of our most prolific Tagline Free Advertisers, was triggered by a simple reminder that we do have a For Sale Forum here, and that Dave requests a modest $12.00 fee for ads that result in a successful sale.

The double post was unintentional, but in hindsight, it bears repeating for those who engage in continual Free Advertising, yet apparently willfully refuse to pay Dave the $12.00 fee.

I certainly know you have continued to send me vulgar and unsolicited Spam PM's. My PM Alert flashes constantly, so I have to occasionally go to my PM Box to check for any PM's I may have received from normal people. As you recall, I even submitted a Thread about that very subject, and have reminded you on numerous occasions that I won't open any PM's from you (or DimmyW), and if you wish to have any communications with me, you can do it right here in the open Forum for all to see. Unlike you, I have nothing to hide.

So tell us Princess Monkey Stevie, why do you feel the need to hide behind PM's or a phone call to answer my simple question... Do you pay Dave the $12.00 fee for each and every sale resulting from your continual Free Advertising of the for-profit business ventures you are continually hawking in your Tagline?

It's such a simple question, and in my opinion, only a coward, or someone with something to be ashamed of would go to such great lengths to avoid answering.

This presents a golden opportunity for you to at least act like a man... since Trump, Musk, and DOGE have blocked funding for taxpayer funded Gender Transitioning Care. You must be livid about that...
