Call Deep River Sporting in Sanford, N.C.. They have a wall full of old style choke tubes and may have what you are looking for.

Gil, is Colonial Arms not in business any more ? A few years ago I had one stuck in the barrel sent it to him and he rethreaded the barrel and put a new tube in it. Very nice to deal with. If the same place was located in Alabama. https://www.colonialchokeandtool.com/thin-wall/

If you can not contact Colonial Arms directly I'd contact Mike Orlen, 413-256-1630. Last I knew he used Colonial Arms chokes. He could tell you if they are still open and might even have on hand what you need.
