Makes me wonder if you've ever bought gas in Europe. LOL

I can’t remember what the gas cost. That isn’t the point. How many US citizens come to Canada for lifesaving, medical care? Why not?

Americans get killed simply for being Americans all over the world, and it’s been going on my whole life. You have at least one Canadian idiot posting here who thinks it’s cute.

Donald Trump talks about retaliatory tariffs on Canadian goods and services. Doug Ford talks about bringing pain on the American people.

See the difference? Why do you suppose Mexico is remaining oddly silent on this whole issue?

I would expect most in Canada to realize that their continued EXISTENCE relies on a healthy, vibrant, two way system of trade with the United States. One should hope they could make the further connection that any difficulty with that trade would be far less harmful to the US. I would also expect that the notion of a long existing 270% tariff on US dairy products (be honest, among others) would eventually be questioned by the business man who is commander in chief.

We either have fair trade, or we don’t. I am absolutely stunned at the ignorance of Canadians on market dynamics of trade with the US. Did you happen to hear what the Vietnamese government did with their tariffs on US products? A smart group in that part of the world.

Let me know how this goes for you. Canada is poised to be among the hardest hit in the world by what is about to happen.
