Really really beautiful gun Brian. Use it in the best of health. Well your pictures ''PROVE'' that they Sell Guns to Dead Beet Liberals. By the way, nice looking Guns !
Also, Bob you should see a doctor, that ''TDS'' you have is getting worse. Best of Luck with it, but they say their is ''No Cure'' for it.
There also is a old saying, A Fool and His money are soon parted !
There will be No further conversations with you, Try to have a Good Day. "It's better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt." -Mark Twain.

…Being in the gun business as long as they have, they see right thru the Dead Beet Hacks that try to work them over and can tell the difference between a Pro American and a Liberal in a few conversations. I think you’re absolutely right. They probably don’t sell their guns to anti American liberals and vegetables…you know, beets. Somebody Shake your ''Cage'' Wow Dirty Harry, it appears something you said sure struck a nerve with Crying Bob! Brian posted this Thread to share his very positive experiences with CSMC, and said he did so to counter some of the negative comments that have been made about them in the recent past. I think most of us realize that the vast majority of those negative comments have come from Crying Bob. So far, Crying Bob has been quite vague about the reasons for his dissatisfaction, but has not minced words concerning his opinions of their integrity. I think you might have been on to something, since so may other guys have nothing but good things to say about CSMC. And considering the outright lies that Crying Bob has posted here about me, I'm inclined to believe just about anyone except him. In my experience, most astute and successful businesses will bend over backwards to make things right for a substantial paying customer when things go wrong. Many would rather take a loss than suffer a ding to their reputations... until and unless they come to the conclusion they are dealing with some shiftless whining crybaby who wants something for nothing. Crying Bob has threatened several times to post a new Thread dedicated to explaining why he now holds Lou, Tony, and CSMC in such low regard. Crying Bob has also apologized for venting his wrath about CSMC in this and other Threads. But that hasn't stopped him. And I have said that would be interesting to finally hear his big complaints, but it would be much more interesting to hear both sides of the story. I personally think that's what Crying Bob is afraid of, because I for one would be very happy to forward his Whining Crybaby Thread to the principals at CSMC, and invite them to reply. I think that's the last thing Crying Bob would want, because he doesn't want people here to know "who" and what he really is. Just my opinion, as always.
Voting for anti-gun Democrats is dumber than giving treats to a dog that shits on a Persian Rug

Bob, can I just say I love your choices of gun design. I have been contemplating selling my 12's and going all 20 and 410, but I could add a 28. I have thought about going the CSMC route and having the perfect 21 made but I have personal friends that had the bad CSMC experience. Me, too. It wasn’t a one off, either. Several guys let me know they had dropped between $9K and $19K, and, didn’t feel they got what they paid for, and were sick and tired of sending the gun back to try and get it. I saw when they eliminated the return policy on guns they list on the internet, and noticed that they started using two different company names on Gunbroker.com, and it didn’t give me further warm and happy feelings about dealing with them in the future. I’m glad some guys are happy. But, I’d cross my fingers on a recoil pad from them, and there are plenty of places I have no need to feel that way. Good luck. Best, Ted

When the RBL was first introduced, with great fanfare and advertisements, a close friend ordered one with the exact features, such as grip style, DAH, LOP, and embellishments that he desired. He had never had a made to order gun built for himself and was super excited. When it was delivered there were so many features that weren't the way he specified them on the order form that he just threw his hands up and sold the gun for the same thing he paid for it.There is no excuse for that kind of thing happening with any gunmaker . . . . . none.
I'm very happy for your great experience with them, Brian. Perhaps they are doing better. Beautiful gun.
May God bless America and those who defend her.

You could pick a few options. DAH? Drop at heel? Don’t think that was an option. I was very pleased with my RBL. I think I ordered it the last day of pre orders. Called them and told them what I wanted, paid up front for the pif discount and I think I had the gun about 6 months later. The “engraving” they could have left off and I wouldn’t have minded. Other than that it’s a pretty decent gun. _____________________________ Adak Super Cub

Let me add this. 1. it would be nice if people could stick to the intent of a post and make comments within the spirit of the post. 2. There are always going to be a very small percentage of customers who aren't happy with a product or service. because of an issue; real or imagioned. . no matter what is done to fix an issue. they arent happy. I get that. 3. I am just calling balls and strikes here. 4. I will say, without going into too much detail; because potential buyers may ask for the same and that may open a can of worms, but Tony bent over backwards to provide me with the RBL that best suited me. He made changes and mods for me that I didnt to ask about. In other words, without me asking, just my observing what I liked about the other gun I was contemplating buying, Tony offered to meet my wants in the RBL. 5. and he threw in some bonus items and merch to boot.

Brian, the problem is your premise number 2 is just not right. It is not a very small percentage that are dissatisfied.
As somebody without it, a dog in this fight, I have seen this company discussed many times in many places by knowledgeable people with exactly the same results: Large numbers of incredibly loyal fans as well as substantial numbers of incredibly angry and unhappy former customers. I believe both sides. I do not think I have ever seen another company with a reputation as divided as this one.
I find such discussions valuable, as at one time, I was considering one of their guns. Now, I will only buy one if I know something of the history of the particular gun or go to their shop to buy one a new one directly.

One should never discourage honest and firsthand experiences. Kindly define "honest". Especially in this board's context. Carcano
