What features and embellishments weren’t the way he specified? It wasn’t a made to order gun. You could pick a few options. DAH? Drop at heel? Don’t think that was an option. I was very pleased with my RBL. I think I ordered it the last day of pre orders. Called them and told them what I wanted, paid up front for the pif discount and I think I had the gun about 6 months later. The “engraving” they could have left off and I wouldn’t have minded. Other than that it’s a pretty decent gun.
