My premise is correct because I was making an observation about businesses in general. I specifically stated "There are always going to be a very small percentage of customers who aren't happy with a product or service." I did not say a CSMC product or service.
My point being that regardless of the business, industry, product or service, there will always be a segment of the population that is not happy.

This is a large percentage, not a small percentage. Hence, this situation does not conform to your list.
