I was making an observation about consumers in general with my number two comment. You are trying to connect that with what people are saying about CSMC and Tony. I was not saying that.
Let me rephrase it.
In general, there is a small segment of the consumer population that is never satisfied with a product or service Regardless of what’s done or what’s offered or what’s corrected or what rectified or what is made right by a manufacturer or a producer or a provider. Not a specific company just a generalized observation about the consuming public.
