Brent you misconstrued my #2. My premise is correct because I was making an observation about businesses in general. I specifically stated "There are always going to be a very small percentage of customers who aren't happy with a product or service." I did not say a CSMC product or service. My point being that regardless of the business, industry, product or service, there will always be a segment of the population that is not happy.

Hence, this situation does not conform to your list.

One should never discourage honest and firsthand experiences. Kindly define "honest". Especially in this board's context. Carcano Seriously? Are you questioning that all or any of these experiences are lies? Kindly list which one(s).

Having firsthand knowledge of working there and being a certified gun nut I see there are people that like them and don’t like them. I see a lot of people that know people that say they’ve had problems. I have not read anybody here that actually has stated a problem. I can tell you working there just as a gunsmith when a gun came in For anything. He got top priority and usually left that day or the next day they have their own shooting facility that I’ve been too many times Guns are tested torture tested, and shot there , they certainly have the qualified gunsmiths there and specialized people like blowing hardening checkering Wood finish you probably not aware of this but most of the large gun companies that sell very expensive guns get their service work done there and a lot of them you’re referring to know return that is applying to used guns. and remember, they offer a lifetime warranty and even any used gun they sell nobody does that every new gun comes with a lifetime warranty so if anybody has a problem, I know they take care of it. I’m not gonna tell you that I’m overly excited about them because I don’t work there anymore, but that was my own personal interaction with somebody there and I’m not sticking up for them. i’m just giving you my observation firsthand.

Brent I was making an observation about consumers in general with my number two comment. You are trying to connect that with what people are saying about CSMC and Tony. I was not saying that.
Let me rephrase it. In general, there is a small segment of the consumer population that is never satisfied with a product or service Regardless of what’s done or what’s offered or what’s corrected or what rectified or what is made right by a manufacturer or a producer or a provider. Not a specific company just a generalized observation about the consuming public.

Brian, the problem is your premise number 2 is just not right. It is not a very small percentage that are dissatisfied. I would like to see the Nutty Professor provide some proof that " It is not a very small percentage that are dissatisfied" (with CSMC). He won't because he can't. In addition, dissatisfied customers seem to be more vocal than satisfied customers. But that's just my opinion, based upon years of observation, and I would never state it as a definitive fact. I believe Brian, and what he says about his very positive CSMC experience. The Nutty Professor obviously has no personal experience with CSMC, and I don't believe him for the same reasons I don't believe that he was telling the truth when he claimed he has never heard of wildfires being blamed on human caused climate change. I also believe my comments are absolutely "within the spirit of this post" (Brian's point #1), but unfortunately, that spirit was quickly tainted by the vague complaints from Crying Bob. I was certain we would once again hear those same vague and repeated crybaby complaints just as soon as I saw Brian's very complimentary initial post about his actual CSMC customer experience. Sadly, a jury comprised of 12 Nutty Professor clones is likely to convict someone like Brian... and acquit someone like Crying Bob... every time! (See Brian's point #3--- just calling balls and strikes here.)

Well, for starters, it’s my thread so if I wanna add to it or put that in my thread, I guess I can unless I’m violating a posting policy? But I don’t think I am. I was purely making an observation About what consumers do and think. Which is related to my topic of conversation. Where I was comparing my experience with the experience of some other people. And I was trying to make a positive post. Not a post trying to tear somebody down, belittle somebody, insult somebody, ridicule somebody. Or to exercise superiority by trying to do an intellectual beat down on somebody.
I very rarely post on here anymore because to be quite blunt about it, I can’t stand the petty bullshit that some posters want to turn any post into

Brian:
Very nice-looking shotgun, and thanks for sharing your experience. On a side note, I'm looking forward to reading about the progress of your French Spaniel pup.
