Yes, would kinda like to have one. I think the ammo is occasionally still available. As I don't live remotely close to town I don't worry about 'shooting in my back yard' so I use whatever is handy. Pellet rifle for the bird feeder squirrels and right now, laying on the dining room table I have my drilling in 16 X 16 over an unknown 9mm centerfire rifle cartridge with an einstecklauf for 22LR in the right shotgun barrel.

Last Thursday a friend brought his SxS 9mm rimfire shotgun and .22LR combination gun to show and tell. He has some ammo for it. I don't expect to see another during my lifetime.

Why do you destroy them?

A neighbour in his 80s lives near a railway line, and frequently is visited by rats. He has one of these, made by Webley, and uses it to great effect just like a sniper rifle out to a range of about 15 yards.
There are two sorts of cartridges for these. The early ones have a small case head and a paper body with a very small charge of shot. However I found some Fiocchi ones for him with a full length brass case and marked "Double Shot" and indeed they have a much heavier charge and are more effective.

I expect I may inherit this in due course - we shall see.

I shot many dragonflies over my pond with a 9 mm Flobert

It’s good adult eye-hand wing shooting coordination fun.

These videos are interesting, because so many young Internet personalities have no life experience or perspective on the things they talk about.

I grew up with Mo-Skeet, every Boy Scout did. I have a selection of Hamilton boys rifles, every kid in the 50s and 60s wanted them.
my parents hardware store had a wide selection of pistol caliber shot sizes all the way from sand or salt, to rat.
It’s always a surprise when other people seem so surprised.

Cue Stan.

Out there doing it best I can.

I have a sidelever sxs hammer gun in 9mm rimfire. Both barrels are 9mm rimfire shotgun shell. Carries crown over B and U marks. 24 stamped on varies parts, assy. number I guess. Also stamped KAHR on the inside of the receiver, for Albrect Kind distributors. A hoot to shoot, rats and stationary sparrows.
