On that site it is in the original owners case (it stuck in my memory as my Badminton Big Game Shooting has the same chap’s book plate in the front). I hope gun and case have not been separated?

We have discussed the 410 and he showed me this gun before he posted it. I am not a fan of beaver tail fore ends on shotguns. For a .410 to be effective it is imperative that it have enough barrel constriction to deliver killing pattern density. It could be choke sleeved, or possibly have screw ins added, if barrel thickness at the muzzle allowed it. Either some misguided individual ordered it that way or had the original constrictions honed out. A travesty either way for such a pretty thing with 30" tubes.
