I had the same problem and clicked on "Use old system." which returned the settings. I now have to go back to posts, then click back on my name and images once I've downloaded a photo. surely there's an answer.

Just in case I'll post some detailed instructions on using jpgbox.com. After photo bucket tried to shake down the world and steal 10 billion photos, I used jpg box.com and was happy with it - then it went down for 4 months.
