I have been using strictly my cell phone lately. The product of having moved north at last. I've always found imgur, to be very difficult on a cell phone. That has not changed, but i do not mess with it much. This is about the only forum left on the web that does not allow direct posting of images. This forum is forever stuck in the 20th century, til it ceases to function at all..
Dave has not even bothered to update his copywrite statement this year.
Brent, I've discussed this with Dave a few years ago; there is an expense issue; he is one guy. And although the number of posters has been whittled down for various reasons over the years, especially a few years ago when the site was under assault, some very knowledgable people are still here. A couple of months ago, I visited the website that is home for this brand of web browser. It did not appear that upgrading was particularly expensive. I don't upgrade every time a new version of something pops out. But I don't sit in the dark ages in perpetuity either. And I definitely would not be happy to have my customers continually grousing about the same old problems. Particularly hosting photographs. But it's Dave's baby, and he can run it any way he wants.
Gene, I had the same problem, Imgur used to work great, when you got to your Step 4 and clicked on BBC code it published the picture you wanted. You could also edit size of picture ( i usually take pictures Full Size and it is too big) but in editing I found out by picking the largest pixel and changing it to 1070 it would automatically change the other to the right size. Now I can't post a picture with the image showing.
