Gene, I had the same problem, Imgur used to work great, when you got to your Step 4 and clicked on BBC code it published the picture you wanted. You could also edit size of picture ( i usually take pictures Full Size and it is too big) but in editing I found out by picking the largest pixel and changing it to 1070 it would automatically change the other to the right size.
Now I can't post a picture with the image showing.
