Good Lord. The guns were “English refreshed”, meaning the work was done in England or by an expat English ‘smith, and the bores are 99%.

As noted, these guns are a bit new for problematic bore issues, and aren’t actual Churchill guns, just badged that way. “English refreshed” in this case is likely no more than a strip and clean, perhaps new pads, as they seem to be very crisp.
