It needs a lot of TLC and attention: checkering has gone, finished in lacquer, unsoldered ribs, and more... But it is a good base. I am unfamiliar with Scott guns and would like to know more about the year of manufacture, model, etc. I am sure here are Scott experts that can give me information.
