I understand your question and comiserate with that thought/ issue as well...
All in all there may be nothing wrong with what it was ( and I marked it and can turn it back)
I just feel like the handle pressure and end crimp is pushing harder than needed... It seem as if it crimps well and recesses properly AND THEN the handle moves an additonal fraction that feels like an excessive over squeeze. I raised the die a small amount in an effort to remove that additional fraction of over travel.... and it cams completely over. I suspect I mave have gone the wrong direction, and perhaps what I am feeling is "almost" the cam over over travel and perhaps a small lowering of the die will stop the handle solidly at a proper crimp. But certainly the ejection ram pushes uncomforatbly hard on the fresh crimp. I started running empties through a supersizer to avoid this. I have been doing them with and without the supersizer.. it works without, I am putting case lube in the PW resizer, but I certainly like it better on the supersized shells... I am not in so much of a hurry I need to skip the extra step.
