I don't know much about Belgian guns (My gosh the French are so condescending that the mere word ""Les Belges" prompts a sort of snicker) and It's late but here are a couple of thoughts:

Robertovich published a Russian language article on Lebeau-Courally here:
https://doublegunshop.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=636532

I've seen the whale logo before on Saint-Etienne gun but never associated it with Lebaau-Courally: Example:

"Filiale" means "subsidiary." Haven't a clue why that word is there.

The Lebeau-Courally trademark should have a crown: There is no LLC or crown.

the legends atop the tubes look like they were done by someone with a very steady hand and one of those vibrating carbide scribers - like bubba uses to put his social security number on his 870....

Top is barrel weight at the time of proof; 1.369 Kg. If > 3% less it would be considered out of proof
The lettre annale is very faint and may be v for 1983. Possibly not a great year for L-C
The next mark is the post-1968 (post-CIP) Belgian proof house Nitro (PV & le perron) proof
Bottom gauge and chamber length (which typically was east to west, not north to south)

Thanks Hause for all the effort. I was going to enlarge the fotos for info but had not idea the proof date was that late. Any thoughts; is it a fake?

This auction by Waffen-Dumbeck is still running. The gun is certainly more than worth its present bid. However, I understand your question to be an inquiry whether specifically *this* style of dealer inscription would be typical and proven for any weapon sold through a branch shop of Lebeau-Courally ? The actual maker might be a smaller artisan thus ?

Also, the auction smells at least a bit of shill bidding.
