I have a beautiful Cogswell and Harrison, 12 bore, cast on for a left handed shooter. When I received this shotgun several years ago both the top and bottom ribs were loose, something not disclosed by the seller. I contacted them and they worked with me on getting it fixed. It was relaid and reblued by Briley. They did a beautiful job.

It is, as most English guns, choked tight on the left and open on the right. I don't have a bore micrometer so cannot say what the exact choking is. And due to my wife's progressive health issues I haven't the time to pattern it to determine the choking. It is nitro proofed for 2 3/4" 1 1/8 loads. It has 30 " barrels, 14 5/8" LOP, 13 3/4 back trigger LOP, 1/4" cast on, 2 1/8" drop at heel, 1 1/2" drop at comb. Bores are nice.

I'd love to keep it but I'm at a point in my life where I want to downsize and keep just those guns I use the most. This has ended up being a safe queen largely because caring for my wife has occupied the majority of my time and will as her illness progresses. I have a couple shotguns I turn to the most on the rare occasions I get out to hunt a little. I'd like to see this in the hands of someone who will use and enjoy it.

$2500 shipped, private party to FFL.
