Need help with proof marks and other markings - Stuttgart rifle

Hello,

I recently acquired a rifle with the following markings - can you help to decipher them?

And it appears that Triebel did cotton to Röchling Special Steel in the 1940s¿

buckstix,
The way you show the markings will make it difficult to address everything because going back and forth to the photos will wipe out what I have written. The 6.5x68 S (spitzer bullet) rifle was proofed in Jan. 1941 in the Suhl Proof house under the rules of the 1939 proof law (accounting for the not very common proof mark-Reich Adler with N for Nitro proof and the sled and pick for Proof House Suhl mark). It seems to have been made in Suhl by Chr. Fried. Triebel for sale by Erben in Stuttgart. The Word Röchling in two places indicate that is the type of steel used in the barrel.
