Is there a rule of thumb for the cost of a double gun with two sets of barrels verses a gun with one set of barrels?

If it is a collector gun that will hang on the wall, the extra set of barrels are a storage problem. If a shooter, then the extra set add value to some degree.

When I custom ordered a sxs shotgun back in 2010, the dealer informed me that an extra set of barrels would cost an additional 35% the list price of the gun.
