All you need to know about the market in France is that it is as dead as the market in England. But, I’m surprised you think the only guns you can buy in France are French guns. France was a huge market for English guns for most of the 20th century, and the buys are quite good on the very good guns there right now:

Steve, every three years in my working career over my entire life has been better than the previous three years. The Biden administration gave us inflation worse than any tariffs imposed by the Trump administration, but, if you had a couple good years in there, in spite of Biden’s malfeasance, I’m happy for you.
