We are moving down to NC in May. Can't seem to find a range that will allow old black powder doubles .50 caliber and greater. Looking for a place to shoot my larger BPE doubles.

The site of the Southern Side by Side in Sanford has a big bore rifle event. I don't know whether their rifle facility is a 12 month a year situation or not.

Hey Mike, Let me know when the move is complete and I can show you the range I belong to. And we can try out the two Charles Lancaster oval bores. It’s 51 miles from Winston Salem. Annual dues are ~$250 and that gets you a card to open the gate. There are multiple range areas, one for pistols, one just for rifles that includes berms out to 450yds and a smaller, informal ‘cowboy’ range where you can shoot at 0-30yds or or out to 120yds.
