A Keßler Kerner-Anson Dreiling from 1928 with the >>Teardrop<< fastner, retailed by Carl Bock.

This looks to be a Mono-Bloc w/ tubes & tubeset knitting the Römerwerk/Röhmerwerke by Jacob Romer / Rohmer. Keßler was a main partner so the encircled RW would denote Römerwerk.

Note to that for some reason the Suhl Proof Master was afraid to apply the stamps to the Mono-Bloc¿¿¿
