I bought myself a Beretta Explor. I hate it. It shouldn’t be long in my possession. A shame really, it’s exactly what I was looking for.
But, the safety is too far forward when wearing gloves. So, adios.
Prolly get a SBE lll before I head to Iceland. You couldn't figure that out before you bought it? JR 😂😂😂

I've never, in 66 years of shotgunning, bought a shotgun and "promptly gotten rid of" it. You're speaking a foreign language AFAIAC.
But then, I don't buy them on a whim, either.

That was for John.
It’s a nice shotgun.
But the ergonomics for upland gunning won’t work for me.
Lots of alternatives out there. No reason to fight the thing.

For Christmas I scored a brand new discontinued Galco canvas and leather gun case. More importantly, rather than what was under the tree, it was friends and family gathered around the tree!

It reminded me of a card my oldest grandson made for me some 15-16 years ago at about age 7 or 8. You already know this, Stan, but you have yourself a treasure there.
