I think the temp was hovering around 5 degrees, with a 10-15mph breeze out of the Dakotas. The Weber is still set up with the rotisserie I used for the Christmas Day pork loin, and I didn’t feel like messing around with that, and just left it under its cover. Broiled some steaks for the wife, boy, and I.
