If your image shows up in the Preview, then it would also show up if you actually Posted the reply. Previewing also gives you the option to decide whether you may wish to change, edit, crop, or resize your image before actually posting it.
I am curious what possible legal reason Imgur could have for blocking people in the UK from uploading images of old shotguns. But nothing the Liberal Left does in their attempts to control and censor content surprises me anymore.
