I'll believe how serious all the dedicated right wingers are to denying proposed "socialist" direction in the USA as soon as EVERY federal, state, and local government ceases to provide socialist public services of every kind. Start with military, police, fire services, roads water, sewer, schools, utilities, etc. Are you bright enough to realize that the USA has been a socialist country since DayOne ?

And here we have it folks... only four days into the New Year, and Dr. Wanker has just posted what will certainly be the most profoundly ignorant statement of 2026 on any firearms forum.

Of course "eight Perazzis, two Berettas, two AK, and a bunch of handguns count as a qualification for gun owner".

But no gun owner with an ounce of brains would vote or show any support whatsoever for anti-gun Democrats who openly and proudly state their intentions to restrict and legislate those guns out of existence. They say it in their speeches, and put it in writing on their campaign websites. They leave evidence with their anti-gun voting records. They scarcely try to keep it a secret anymore.

This mindset is something like the Hell's Angles throwing their support behind politicians who wished to ban motorcycles and leather jackets. But no biker is that stupid. Not even the ones who crashed and suffered traumatic brain injuries.

And this utter fool even gives us his gun inventory list... which includes a bunch of handguns and a couple AK's... the very firearms anti-gun Democrats have at the top of their ban and outlaw lists.

Of course, when you are able to stretch the definition of Socialism beyond military defenses and basic infrastructure to then include things like Open Borders, Healthcare for illegal non-citizens, a perpetual Welfare State fraught with fraud, and taxpayer funded abortion and Transgender surgery, then I suppose it becomes much easier to rationalize obvious insanity.

Now this post from Princess Stevie is a perfect example of why I always say that you can learn a lot about Double Guns on this Forum... but you can also learn a lot about people too... if you pay attention.

A brand new member who only recently started reading Threads here might actually be fooled, and think that Princess Stevie is being honest and sincere about some decline caused by the banter and arguing that appears in this Thread.

But anyone who has been around for a while, and pays attention, will instantly know that his/her comment is totally deceptive, since Princess Stevie has a long history of similar behavior. It can be seen in hundreds of old Threads, and appeared in many more that were unfortunately deleted. Actually, we should note that also includes much worse behavior such as internet stalking and doxxing in an attempt to intimidate and/or drive away his/her enemies. Too bad that Princess Stevie hasn't noted that he/she is subject to "Moderation" which means every Post he/she submits must be first read and approved by the Site Administrator. I am also subject to "moderation" which is why posts I submit do not appear immediately, and may be delayed by several days until vetted by Dave. Same goes for DimmyW, for somewhat different reasons.

Maybe Princess Stevie actually believes what he/she posted above. In my opinion, that would be even worse because it would go far beyond mere deception to being a Sociopath.

The Nutty Professor appears to have the exact same inability to blame anyone but himself for behavior he exhibits on a continued and decades long basis. So others are blamed for driving away members while he and Princess Stevie act like innocent victims. Of course, me pointing out what is obvious, and easily proven to be true from hundreds of past Threads, makes me the bad guy who should be censored or banned. But somehow, I still find a way to sleep at night.

Best thing to do is just wait and see. Some are going to love it and some people will turn it down. It will be interesting. Just like the Double Gun Books which I loved............ I still have every Hunting with Hank- TV show taped on VHS, (except the two that I believe weren't televised). All commercials cut. AND the Dash in the Uplands Shows. I need to get them put on DVDs so I can watch them.
