I would expect the factory work would be perfect, much better results than would be possible by running a hone to remove material. The inside of choke tubes never look like they have been honed. You aren’t going to get those results with a brake hone and a 3/8ths drill. It would still be easier to install the correct choke tubes. Best, Ted
