I, or should I say my lovely wife, owns an over the top Inverness. It is a wonderful handling gun, but I have to admit that I haven't shot it much. It has all the outer characteristics of a David McKay Brown. It is slim, light, and beautiful. It was a gift from Tony to my wife for what she considered a minor favor. It was way more than we expected. I am a straight grip bird gun kind of guy, but the Woodward grip on the Inverness has almost converted me. I would like to have a Revelation, but only at an introductory price, whose ship has sailed.
