I went up to Connecticut a couple years ago and that part of the country is beautiful. I have always been a Winchester fan and I got to see the old plant. Some of it has been renovated into what is now called the Winchester Lofts which are apartments. You can GOOGLE them and see that part of the old building is still used for living spaces. And part of the old plant has been renovated into office space. Last summer, what was the last of the plant was torn down. I read that it couldn't be saved because it was so deteriorated, so the old Winchester plant is gone. You might have seen the pictures I took and posted a few years ago on here. I got to speak to one of the past employees of Winchester and the Winchester plant seemed very similar to the history and happenings of the plant I worked for from what I understand. I guess Tony Galazan bought a lot of the equipment from the old plant when it closed down. He has done very well with his business.
