I was out smoking (Newminster 400+Cornell & Diehl Dark Burley 50/50 mix in a Ser Jacopo bent brandy) and was thinking James was just being dramatic. I searched “is Canada a failed state” on YouTube and was shocked what came up. Ya, Wee Jimmy is fooked.
