I'll answer your foolish and deceptive question. Fuel costs in my area have risen by about 50-60 cents per gallon, according to GasBuddy.com. I'm on board with it because unlike you Trump Deranged fools, I can easily recall dozens of other times fuel costs have spiked over the last 47 years due to threats and attacks by Iran or its' proxies in the Middle East. Other consumer prices also spiked every time Lloyd's of London jacked up shipping insurance costs due to threats by Iranian speedboats, Iranian backed Hezbollah missile attacks, or threats from ISIS, the Houtis, and others. Of course, you never said a word then, and you won't admit it now.

I had a lot of shares in Pan Am Airlines when Iran and Libya bombed Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. You probably recall having bodies and pieces of the plane fall around you on one of your imaginary grouse hunting trips there. Pan Am went bankrupt after that, and I lost everything I invested, as did many others.

Nor will you say anything about the larger spike in energy and fuel costs when Biden put the squeeze on domestic oil drilling. You won't mention that nearly every poor worker and retiree saw the actual value of their retirement savings fall by over 25% due to Biden/Democrat caused inflation. Your own current 40% cash position is worth much less due to the same Biden inflation.

You also won't mention that Iran opened recent negotiations with the U.S. by abruptly announcing they had 460 kilograms of 60% enriched uranium, and said it was enough to make eleven nuclear bombs. This is exactly what they told naive Democrats like Obama and Biden they were not doing. Uranium enrichment for civilian power plants is 3 to 5%. Never mind the Democrats were also too dumb to see the obvious when they buried their "peaceful civilian uranium enrichment program" deep underground, and steadfastly refused U.N. Inspections. And the whole time they were lying to the world, they were chanting "Death to America and Israel", and incredibly stupid Democrats gave them billions in cash and relaxed sanctions in spite of threats Stevie Wonder could see.

So what then ClapperZapper? Did you want to see us stay on the same foolish path of repeated threats and attacks causing another 47 years of price spikes and market declines? Did you want to keep trying to appease and bribe religious zealots who openly threaten to destroy us, by giving them even more cash? Did you actually think they were going to respect a U.S. Military run by Woke LGBTQ freaks and soldiers seeking taxpayer funded transgender surgery?
