I picked up this old oak and leather Edward Paton case and fit my Paton rifle to it. I had to shorten and move a couple of partitions, a new block under the action and for both ends of the barrel channel. I reused the baize where I could and took some out of another scrap case that I have where I was short of material. It cam out well, I might do a bit more to it but for now, the gun fits nicely. I hope to complete the rifle before fall.
