James, may your tribe increase. Thanks Stan. I was in the US this last weekend for the first time since Covid. Great to be back. Always love visiting. Wish I could stay longer. Will be in NC later this month for the Southern. Can’t wait.

Good one. A Canadian writing for a semi prominent left wing publication. What a surprise that he’s critical of Trump. Colour me shocked! Here’s an outsider’s observation. You guys seem to enjoy living in echo chambers. No wonder you have trouble thinking clearly. A left leaning American friend recently asked me what right wing publications did I read. Shocked when I said “I don’t……I read centre and left wing stuff”. First, there are very few right of centre publications. But more importantly, why would I? To have my current views reinforced? Don’t need that. I need them challenged. Regularly. I need to read what idiocies the Left is currently thinking up.I need to read that which might change my course of action, not that which massages my ego.

This is the same MSN that not only has nothing positive to report about Trump, but also didn't see anything negative about Biden for his entire four years. Even while Trump was out, they were consumed with making sure he never came back. I watch and read "news" from MSN, CNN, MSNBC, The Guardian, Politico, Yahoo News, NY Times, BBC, and the three major legacy networks ABC, CBS, and NBC. They didn't notice over 25% inflation, a literal foreign invasion by over 20 million illegals, over 400,000 drug overdose deaths in 4 years, much higher gas and energy costs, and rampant waste, fraud, and corruption. They didn't notice or report Biden's advancing Alzheimer's disease. They sure didn't notice that Iran was continuing to develop nuclear weapons and long range ballistic missiles, and hiding it deep under ground. We certainly didn't see any Poll numbers from the majority of the Iranian people who want regime change, and those who were being persecuted, tortured, and killed. If I only looked at "news" from these sources, I'd possibly be one of these TDS fools who seriously feel Trump never accomplished even one good thing in his previous term, and hasn't done anything remotely good in this second term. Actually, no I wouldn't because that would involve having my head up my ass even deeper than Iranian Uranium enrichment sites. Having watched other News sources, I've repeatedly seen Trump, Hegseth, Marco Rubio, General Caine, etc. lay out the plan for this operation. So it's astounding to hear absolute fools like rocky mtn bill or Dr. Wanker repeatedly parroting lies like," Trump has no plan"... Trump said this would all be over in 3 days"... "Trump is single-handedly alienating the entire world"... "Trump's Poll numbers are crashing"....etc., etc. Yet we all know these same idiots would be the first to blame Trump if he had done nothing, and permitted Iran to build nuclear weapons. No matter how this turns out, one of the greatest tragedies we face is generations of kids taught by brain dead teachers like rocky mtn bill.

Living within a stove pipe isn't a good way to live. Go everywhere to get your information and fact check it yourself. Better off, go outside and take the dogs for a run and shoot a round or two of clays.
PS. I was in a senior center gym the other day and listened to politics between members. Put on some 60 and 70s music and tuned it all out and did my work out while watching birds outside chase each other doing the spring fling
This to shall pass and life goes on.
