I definitely trawl the American auction sites as well, but I'm primarily interested in British guns. As you probably know, there are at least 1000 British guns (especially lower grade) for sale in england for every one in the states. There is, of course, a premium that comes with that scarcity. e.g at Holts sealed bid this month, there are about 350 British boxlocks for sale. The majority will sell for under $1000. Many will go for less than $250.
