This has the swamped top rib, and has not been cut. It is both marked and measures full and full for what that is worth. I have seen a number (? greater than 6 less than 12?) of 24 in 28's from Ithaca and have personally handled an original 20 ga, 24 in swamped rib configuration grade 4 gun as well.
