Until a few months ago I had little experience with Spanish double guns over many decades, except for a two barrel set made by Luis Arrizabalaga around 1937 apparently for the Duke of Danista. More recently I have received a Model 124 made by Martin Ugartaburu, and then an interesting Model 8 by Victor Sarasqueta , made before 1963 when it was rebarreled in England. Attached is a picture of the Sarasqueta locks . I was fascinated with the extent of their finishes. For pictures of Baker shotguns and information on the same, click below.
