Would you buy a shotgun made in India or S. Korea. There was a time that optics made in Japan were considered junk, " Made in Japan" was a kiss of death, now they make some of the best in the world along with SKB, Browning and winchester guns. "Made in China" is now the "Made in Japan" of the 1950s. There are some nice scopes coming out of China but who's in charge of QC is the biggest factor. Some companies are using the Philippines and S. Korea just for the origin factory with a lot of the parts coming out of China. I don't doubt that someday China will build firearms like Turkey does if there is a demand and there is a responsible entity in charge of QC they will be decent.
My question did not center around China's capabilities to manufacture a good gun. They centered around the fact the the ChiComs are one of America's biggest enemies, and threats
There are many with their heads in the sand about that. But , I'm not one of them.
