I've competed in S X S events for decades.

Some have been strictly S X S events, and some have been S X S concurrents at larger NSCA sporting clay events. I've noticed the guns that were used, and the guns that won. I've won numerous events and concurrents myself.

But, I have never, not once, seen a "fine British best" gun win an event. I have seen them used in the competitions. I have even seen one make it to the shootoff. But, I have never seen one win.

So, what is to be gleaned of this? I have my opinion, but I will reserve it for now.

May God bless America and those who defend her.
