Kutter, Thank You, that is what I was thinking, that somehow the trigger is engaging the sear and doesn't happen every time. I'll check that out and report back the results. As far as dirt that is not the case at all.
In fact, this gun is as clean and solid as the day it left the factory. No built up gunk, no oil soaked into the wood and no cracks.
