Browning BSS make a good clays gun with the weight and single trigger. They are overbuilt and that means they are heavy. They only have single triggers and don't have a splinter forearm.
They are a good solid guns. They are not close in anyway to a original Parker except they certainly spend less time with a gunsmith.
You can ''SAY'' that AGAIN ! If they were close to a Parker, They would be in the Gunsmith Hospital much of the time. Take the Parker Repro, a new,
modern gun made with excellent materials, are ''BREAKING'' DOWN AT ALARMING RATES. Bad triggers, Stocks breaking at the skinny wrists, lugs on the barrels
''Breaking'' Off, Case Colors Fading off in a short year or so. Yes, gunsmiths love the repros, Now take Fox doubles, can't remember the last time I heard of one Breaking Down.
