Dennis helped me with things that I was simply not capable of doing. Several with the caveat that I could tell no one that he had done it. One of the nicest people that I have had the privilege of knowing.
I will most certainly miss him.

Wonderful mentor and my friend. Spent good time with him at a doublegun mechanic summer camp in Grinnell a couple of years ago, and he was a sponsor when I got into the ACGG. Always such a generous man who cared about even the smallest and most elementary problem.

I had to wait a couple days for the deepest sadness to pass. Dennis and I roomed together at the ACGG./FEGA shows in Reno and lately at the Antique Show in Las Vegas. He has been a fantastic friend and guiding light so long I don't know what to do without him. His professional guidance will be sorely missed. Rest in peace old friend.
