Would anyone like to crowd source a repair of Lloyd’s shotgun?
I think the pictures Show that it was a nice gun before the stock broke. That broken top strap is a concern as well,
I can think of some options that could make this a fun community project.
Maybe like a before and after?
We could start with a donated blank.
Then get it semi inletted or duped.
Weld up and finish the top strap.
Etc
Etc
Volunteers?
If somebody had a bunch of stock blanks, they bought at a defunct gun shop 40 years ago, that they’re not going to get around to using, perhaps they might come up with a blank that looks right, Lloyd might like, and do a good deed? Or, just take some cash for it.
Anybody interested in cleaning out a closet?
I’ve seen people do a whole lot more for far smaller a reason.
