I own a French "Wonder" gun, made in Saint-Etienne. Per FAB the trademark was Parisian:

an interesting marking i don't believe i've ever seen before - EPREUVE SUPERIEURE - you can see the two stamps from the st. etienne house, but it is not marked "double epreuve". so this gun can be dated (?) in that period when there was the option for a "reinforced" proof that was not "double proof" - but was marked with two stamps? as per wirnsberger/steinler - 30 july 1897 until 18 december 1923?
