We ate it a lot as children.

Golf course snappers have the mildest flavor.

As I get older, my interest in eating aquatic reptiles has diminished. Except for Terrapin stew.

When we were young, meat was meat. Stewed with potatoes carrots and onion. Catch a possum, keep it in the smokehouse for a few weeks eating corn meal to clean it out. Bon Appetite!
