I think that most of us agree that "We are doomed."

I really appreciate all the feedback. We have a beautiful setting on a stream that unfortunately flows right next to the golf course and we are downstream 7/10 of a mile. My wife doesn't like the taste of the water so has used bottled for a long time. I am less picky but am rethinking that stance.

Possibly better than downstream from water treatment plants Nitrah. There is so much estrogen and estrogen mimicker chemicals/xenoestrogens (BPA & phthalates) in the effluent water that genetically male frogs and salamanders have no penises. Yep Bill, we're doomed to be sensitive Beta males

Whilst we are on contaminants(I have located a boat load of underground plumes from our Militaries), micro plastics are in much, if not all, of the plastic bottled water containers. I have been on the periphery of such projects where say Deer Park wanted to put a facility in Mexico. The bottlers are selling the plastic, not the water, who could just about filter everything but Micro Plastics & PFOAs thru reverse osmosis. I think it was China that perfected the process or filters in the 1990s and made it cheaper. Then bottlers picked up the process. Lots of Micro Plastics in Kid's colons these days.
