Maybe it was inevitable with the way our respective governments have evolved but it makes me rather sad to think about it all.
I sure hope it doesn't get any worse.
The Canadian government has just been responding to ours, and there is no sign that anything is getting any better. Lake America indeed.
Our Pro-2nd Amendment President Donald Trump doesn't see it that way. He wouldn't have imposed Tariffs on Canadian products if they were engaging in Free and Fair Trade with us. Canada got so used to taking advantage of us that they are incensed by Trump attempting to level the playing field. Trump just got another win by threatening to ban imports of Bombardier Jets from Canada unless they stopped delaying certification of Gulfstream Jets from the U.S. Our Trump haters with TDS see things like this as a reason to blame Trump for current trade tensions. Of course, they are used to just rolling over when their Democrat politicians pass more and more anti-gun laws, so they expect Trump to act like a whipped puppy as well.
And we won't see LGF complaining about all of the name changing of Military bases, Sports Teams, and products like Aunt Jemima syrup that was done by the Lunatic Left he is aligned with.
