Plainly false. Plainly and absolutely false.

The AI as such is not bad, as the long above text (in fact, everything I have snipped away) shows. Many correct things said, many relations well understood and well rendered for the benefit of the reader, too.
But it is an Amurrican AI, and hence myopian and frogpondian. You can't avoid that.

In formal, high class static pistol shooting (as Olympic Games - not though that I would dare to suppose that Microsoft have ever heard about that kind of karnival), it is EXACTLY helping that: it is namely in slow, low-recoil, deliberate shooting, that porting and compensation are employed. To name them, 10 metres ISSF Air Pistol and 50 metres Free Pistol.
(Also, in the pre-1995 ISSF Rapid Fire Pistol in .22 Short, but that wasn't slow, as the name betrays).
