Reading between the lines becomes a survival skill at some point. I think Ted is spot-on here, this fellow is absolutely clueless about the subject matter of which he writes.
Come to think about it, maybe it is AI after all.
When I remember all of the hard lessons I have learned over the many years of researching, searching-for and then discovering these obscure (and now older) artifacts I have to wonder what the hell ever motivated me to do any of it in the first place? If I was even remotely interested in art and history then I should have just focused on something like church architecture instead. It would have saved me tons of time and trouble and of-course...strained relationships.
The impetuousness of unfocused lust and youth, eh?
My bride used to get a little snippy about it all but she has finally become fairly-well inured to it, for which I am eternally grateful. She has pretty-much the same response to my old car(s) and even my bamboo fly rods, seeing them now as part & parcel to enduring my blessed presence and ever-sunny disposition.
