I won't bother to mention that the USPS has been systematically crippled over the past few years so it can be sold to campaign contributors for pennies. A beneficial side effect is that mail-in ballots can demonized.. Definitely a win-win all around. Except for US citizens of course. Obviously not a concern.

bleeding Red Ink for decades, in spite of repeated Postage increases that have exceeded the rate of Inflation.

Closing Post Office hubs and reducing hours of service have not helped, and only caused mail deliveries to become slower and less reliable... at a higher cost to the customer.
The usual Democrat response is to ask the overburdened taxpayer to throw even more money at the problem... and to also blame Trump... though the problem started decades ago.
